Se remitió al Tribunal Superior de Medellín -Sala de Familia-, el expediente de la tutela promovida por el ciudadano de la referencia contra el Procurador Judicial 194 Penal para que tramite y decida en forma inmediata, de conformidad con lo establecido en el numeral primero del Art. 1º del Decreto 1382 de 2000, corresponde a los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial, Administrativos y Consejos Seccionales de la Judicatura, conocer en primera instancia de las acciones de tutela que se interpongan contra cualquier autoridad pública del orden nacional.
